Aidan is an associate in the Projects group in the Dubai office
Aidan predominantly acts on complex cross-border finance transactions in energy and infrastructure.
Aidan advises lenders, developers and sponsors on project finance and development in the Middle East and Africa. In addition, Aidan works in general corporate banking and has corporate M&A experience.
Since joining the firm, Aidan has spent time working in the firm’s London and Dubai offices.
- Advised Sequoia in relation Bulb Energy's special administration, a first of its kind. Aidan also advised Sequoia in relation to the administration of Bulb's parent company, Simple Energy.
- Advised Navigator Holdings Ltd on its cross-border merger and acquisition of Ultragas ApS of its business and fleet.
