Alice is a Trainee in the Corporate M&A Group
Alice supports the team by focusing on corporate and commercial law with particular focus on cross-border and domestic transactions, assisting in contractual and due diligence activities related to a wide range of corporate matters, particularly in the energy sector.
Alice obtained her law degree from the University of Bologna in December 2021., with a dissertation in International Law and Oil and Gas Law. She also graduated from the King’s College London, with a master’s degree in International Business Law and an overall score of 67 (equivalent to an Award with Merit).
She is fluent in English, in addition to her native Italian.

La Dott.ssa Zago è una Trainee nel Dipartimento di Corporate M&A
La Dott.ssa Zago supporta il team occupandosi prevalentemente di diritto societario e commerciale e in particolare in operazioni cross-border e nazionali, fornendo assistenza nelle attività di contrattualistica e di due diligence relative a un’ampia gamma di tematiche societarie, in particolare nel settore energetico.
Ha conseguito la Laurea in Giurisprudenza presso l’Università Alma Mater Studiorum di Bologna, con una tesi in Diritto Internazionale e Oil and Gas Law e una votazione complessiva di 109/110.
Ha inoltre conseguito un Master presso l’Università King’s College London in International Business Law, raggiungendo un punteggio finale di 67 (equivalente ad un Award with Merit).
Oltre all’italiano, parla correntemente inglese.
