Andy Wilson

Andy is an Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance group.

Andy has experience advising banks, financial institutions, owners, lessors and operators on all aspects of loan and security documentation within the maritime, aviation and rail sectors. He also advises buyers and sellers on sale and purchase transactions.

Since joining the firm, Andy has worked in the London and Paris offices.
