Annabelle is a senior Associate in the Regulatory, Public Law & Competition Group.

Annabelle’s main areas of expertise are public commercial, procurement and state aid law, where she specialises in procurement, infrastructure and information technology projects with a focus on public institutions, mobility and IT/telecommunications. Annabelle advises on the legal conception, preparation and implementation of procurement procedures (supply and services) and competitive procedures (concessions) as well as the drafting of service agreements and conducting negotiations. She also represents clients in review proceedings and other (judicial) disputes. In addition, she advises on regulatory issues in support of transactions.

Annabelle’s clients include public authorities and municipalities as well as public and private companies, banks and investors.
