Arnaud is an associate in the corporate and M&A team.

Arnaud specialises in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures transactions. He advises private and listed companies as well as investment funds in both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Arnaud graduated from Paris II Panthéon-Assas university with a Master 2 in Business Law and from ESCP Europe with a Specialised Master in International Law and Management.

Arnaud is fluent in French and English.
