Elliot Macdonald

Elliot is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution group based in London.
Elliot is admitted as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand, where he worked for a specialist litigation and dispute resolution firm. He has experience defending civil claims against a variety of different professionals and entities, including lawyers, company directors, accountants and auditors, construction companies, engineers and architects.
He also has extensive experience advising on insurance issues and disputes, and has worked on secondment for a leading international insurer.
He is proficient in Mandarin.
