Marc Großmann

Marc is an Associate in the Maritime Group.
Marc specialises in the sale and purchase of vessels and general corporate matters for clients in the maritime sector. In his previous station at an internationally operating boutique in Hamburg, he advised on both M&A and corporate law and on general shipping law issues, such as trade and transport law and liability issues.
During his legal clerkship, Marc worked at the Maritime Safety Department and at an international law firm in the maritime commercial sector.
Marc studied in Regensburg and Berlin and completed a LL.M. program at the University of Sydney.

Marc Großmann ist Associate in der Maritime Group.
Marc Großmann ist spezialisiert auf die Begleitung von An- und Verkäufen von Schiffen sowie auf die allgemeine Beratung in gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragen für Mandanten aus dem maritimen Bereich. Im Rahmen seiner vorangegangenen Tätigkeit in einer international tätigen Boutique in Hamburg hat er sowohl im M&A und Gesellschaftsrecht beraten als auch im maritimen Wirtschaftsrecht.
Während seiner juristischen Ausbildung hat Marc Großmann unter anderem in der Dienststelle für Schiffssicherheit der BG Verkehr und in einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei im maritimen Wirtschaftsbereich gearbeitet.
Marc Großmann hat an der Universität Regensburg und der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin studiert und ein LL.M. Programm an der University of Sydney absolviert.
