Sofia Tyligada

Sofia is a senior Associate in the firm’s Project & Structured Finance Group.

Her main areas of expertise are public procurement, finance, banking, corporate and EU law. She also has significant experience in construction, having acted as commercial/ contracts manager in large oil & gas and infrastructure projects in the Middle East.

Before joining Watson Farley and Williams, Sofia acted as an in-house legal counsel for various major companies and as a legal expert for the Greek Ministry of Justice.

Sofia graduated from Democritus University of Thrace Law School in 2008 and obtained an LL.M. in European Union Law from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2009.
